Simple systems are the key to our company’s success as they allow us to move fast and stay agile. In contrast, complex systems are our enemies as they slow us down.
We understand that building simple systems is hard. It requires us to understand every bolt and nut of the problem space and be highly innovative.

Teamwork drives success in our culture. The highest growth is achieved when multiple teams and individuals work together, leveraging and complementing each other's strengths and expertise.
We also recognize that excessive collaboration can result in slow decisions and mediocre solutions. Ultimately it’s the Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) who is responsible for owning a task, facilitating collaboration and in the end making a decision and moving forward.
